Enclosed Trolley Washing Chamber
The sealed chamber is the core of the system. It contains all water and chemical spray within the machine, preventing waste and mess across the facility floor.
Controlled Water & Chemical Dosage
Water quantity and chemical dosage are adjustable per cycle. Operators can match consumption to the actual level of soiling — avoiding overuse.
Fog Sprayers for Cleaning Material
American-brand fog sprayers distribute the cleaning/disinfection material in fine mist form, maximising surface coverage per unit of chemical used.
Full Cone Water Sprinklers
High-pressure full-cone water sprinklers deliver uniform pre-wash and rinse coverage across the full surface of the trolley frame.
Moving / Multi-Direction Spray System
Sprinklers are positioned around the chamber to ensure the cleaning reaches all surfaces including the frame, basket, handle, and wheels.
PLC / Touchscreen Control (Auraxis-018)
A programmable logic controller with 7-inch touchscreen provides full control over all cycle parameters and system monitoring from a single panel.
Adjustable Cycle Times
Each stage — pre-wash, chemical application, soaking, rinse, drying — has independently adjustable timing to match different trolley types and soiling levels.
Integrated Drying Fans
Three 36 cm fans at 1500 rpm reduce post-wash moisture, returning trolleys to use quickly without prolonged air-drying delays.
Drainage & Collection System
All wash water and chemical runoff is collected and drained through a closed system — keeping the surrounding facility area clean and dry.
Optional Water Recycling Unit (Auraxis-018)
A dedicated 200-litre water recycling unit with filtration and pump recirculates wash water, limiting fresh water waste to a maximum of 20%.
