How the System Works
Seven controlled stages. One sealed chamber. A repeatable, organised hygiene cycle that replaces inconsistent manual cleaning.
Load the Trolleys
Operators move the trolley group into the enclosed washing chamber. Multiple trolleys are loaded in a single cycle — up to 6 in the Auraxis-020 and up to 7 in the Auraxis-018.
High-Pressure Pre-Wash
High-pressure water removes visible dirt, debris, and surface contamination from all trolley surfaces. Full-cone water sprinklers ensure even coverage across the entire trolley frame.
Chemical Mist Application
Controlled fog sprayers distribute cleaning or disinfection material across the trolley surfaces in mist form. The enclosed chamber keeps all chemical spray contained within the system.
Adjustable Soaking / Contact Time
The system allows adjustable contact time according to cleaning requirements — starting from a minimum of 10 seconds. This ensures the chemical has adequate time to act on the trolley surfaces.
High-Pressure Rinse
High-pressure water rinses the trolley when the selected chemical process requires rinsing. The enclosed chamber contains all water within the system for efficient drainage.
Drying
Drying fans reduce remaining moisture before the trolley returns to use. The Auraxis-020 uses 3 fans (36 cm diameter, 1500 rpm) providing approximately 70% drying.
Ready for Operation
The trolley is ready to return to the facility's daily workflow. The next group can be loaded immediately — supporting continuous high-throughput operation.
